I was at this show. As you can tell, 20,000 strong fell silent and listened to this one for the first time. @NDPrmtm21 - true statements. I remember "Rhyme & Reason" being exceptional that night as well. Good times, those days.
This was, at least during the time I actively traded DMB live shows in the early 2000's, a pretty commonly circulated soundboard recording from a show they played at the Gorge. If my memory serves correct, it was a 3 night stint, and the night Dave played this, there were some other gems like Lie in Our Graves and Dreaming Tree.
