@fuzzydude64 Just use the bombchu hover glitch off the platform next to the waterwheel. it'll take you there. (assuming that's what you're referencing). You've gotta land at just the right spot tho or else it warps you back to the clock tower entrance.

I wonder if there's a way past that locked door where the Deku Scrub Tree thing is... now that'd be interesting! :)
