Everyone is writing about family members who passed away. I lost my great-grand mother and cried so heavily! I lost my grandfather. I loved him so much. I lost my aunt whom's name i got. She was a lot like me, but while watching this video I didn't think of them. The person of which I thought was a guy. He is not a normal guy. He is the man I need, but I lost him. My grandpa died 7 years ago, I don't think I'll ever forget his funeral. It was hard for me to believe he was gone, but he really wasn't. Before my family left, I ran to his casket and cried for a minute, and I said," I love you Grandpa." But I never said goodbye to him.

Can you imagine being 9 years old and having to sit back and watch your mother die and not be able to do anything about it? In reality, he's the bigger person. Heartbreak doesnt heal and people need to stop saying "It'll get better" and "just move on" when it doesnt get better and you find yourself not able to move on.

My uncle Jeff committed suicide by hanging himself January 16th, 2008. Its been almost 5 years.. I still will not let it go. My Uncle Reese just recently passed thanksgiving morning, It still hurts. My best friend was hit by a car December 8th, 2009. been almost 2 years. I just recently lost 3 friends due to car accidents in the past 3 months. This is an absolutely amazing song. Everybody says to forget and move on with your life, dont dwell on the past...but its not possible for me. And this song expresses that.
My 14 year old cousin took his own life on September 22 2011. I feel as if i will never be the same. I will never know why his decision to take his life was made, but i do know that i have the most amazing guardian angel ever!

This song reminds me of my mother. She passed away 5 months ago. I'm only 13 and my brothers only 9. Can you imagine being 9 years old and having to sit back and watch your mother die and not be able to do anything about it? In reality, he's the bigger person. I laugh and i cry, shake my fist at the sky. He doesn't and i admire him for that, any child that can face the death of theur mother certainly is blessed.

Me and my brother almost lost my dad..He is a cop and got shot at..he returned fire luckily having the better shot. My son almost lost his grandpa and it kills me, I could eventually be able to cope with the loss but it tears me apart thinking about my brother growing up without daddy or my son without grandpa...I thank God that he is alive...

We lost my father-in-law last December way too soon, he was diagnosed with stage 4 Glioblastoma at age 58, out of nowhere, he survived 9 months, 6 months longer than expected, he was an amazing, humble man, a hero for allowing himself to take a study medication that made him sicker than he already was just so he could help future patients diagnosed with this disease, RIP Dad we miss you sooooo very much and never will say good-bye

I was dating my boyfriend for over a year and found out the day before our 1 year all of his pictures weren't of him. @beckyliz99 I agree totally with you. Today is the 2 year anniversary of my grandmothers death and i miss her soooo much. And somebody that I love soooooo much just broke my heart. Heartbreak doesnt heal and people need to stop saying "It'll get better" and "just move on" when it doesnt get better and you find yourself not able to move on.
