  • @romanosalvatore dont get afraid man, i do his against a wall too but sometimes i do them with no wall.just keep in mind this when ur doing them on the floor,if you lose balance,bend your neck to your chest,low your arms and roll.

  • @romanosalvatore You should be able to feel what your final complete rep is, so that as you're doing it you're thinking "alright, this is definitely my last one."

    Even if you do get muscle failure you'll be able to slowly lower yourself down, it's not like the muscles go from functional to absolute failure in the blink of an eye.
