I don't get how these pushups get a special name from this guy. They're just handstand pushups (without any wall assistance). "'man-up' push-ups", I thought he was going to do some 90 degree pushups, or planche pushups.
@romanosalvatore dont get afraid man, i do his against a wall too but sometimes i do them with no wall.just keep in mind this when ur doing them on the floor,if you lose balance,bend your neck to your chest,low your arms and roll.

Even if you do get muscle failure you'll be able to slowly lower yourself down, it's not like the muscles go from functional to absolute failure in the blink of an eye.
