Just make sure you get a laser mouse. Optical mice SUCK and will mess up big time. I used an optical mouse for years, and it was insanely inaccurate. It always messed up and sort of twitched on screen. I also needed a mouse pad. I know own multiple laser mice, and i have to say they're all good except for the wireless ones. I can tell they're a lot better because I don't need a mouse pad for them :D.

It's kind of funny, my mouse also goes up to 5600dpi (Cyborg R.A.T.9) but I usually use 800dpi and a lowish sensitivity in COD4.

Anyway, Salvarth I think you should definitely do some more commentaries, they are very good :)

BTW if anyone knows, is there any difference in having high mouse sensitivity+low game sensitivity versus low mouse sensitivity+high game sensitivity?

@EvilPuppyEvil After trying both for over half a year now, I would say that there is definitely a difference, With higher dpi the mouse detects faster and therefore gives you more precise control. I also found that it is better to have a medium/high mouse sensitivity because if you can't do an instant 180 turn then you die a lot of deaths that could have been avoided.
