  • Yeah, it's been hard for me too to do that, but I'm getting better. I'm starting to see moving pictures in my head now. There random though. Dude, I was just pressing in my eyes too before I watched this video. Ive also noticed, when I think about someone, or think about something, I usually see it on tv or in real life, or something I thought.

  • Anyone else see a checkerboard pattern? then it starts to spiral around and seems to turn into a star field. I will keep training. You guys are amazing.

  • @lightofdawn1 Exactly what is se! Try to calibrate youre brain and find a point in that check board and project yourself against it. Keep up the great work my friend. Much Love, Kent

  • Kent me n' you are basically at the same stage this is sweet. I seen that purplish/indigo blotch myself...but this is usually only during day meditation for some reason and it always leaves after several minutes...and that snowflake picture is wild cause thats EXACTLY what I seen last night. Very awsome man good job your doing very good.

  • I seem to have a lot of the same problems as u. I see that circle and end up losing it after a while. Idk wat to do with it but im trying to still my brain and push foward. Good luck with ur training

  • A couple things, it will take time. You have to train. But it seems you already know this. The shake is good, you shake, and go. You have to calm your mind also. So shake, and then calm. Shake, and then calm. You want to still the mind for a while to start pushing. I even sweat when I don't shake lol, I'm trying to catch up to where I was before. shake when you feel like shaking.you are on the right path, and many, many more revelations will come to you.Just wait. Light and harmony.

  • Your snow crystals are what the star-field looks like you are getting closer my brother...and yes you want the shake to happen, and yes you sweat, your are on the path..I am so proud of you Kent...I love you very much keep it up:)

  • As far as having a hard time shutting off the brain, I find that when I am meditating and I get a random thought coming in that is trying to distract me that I just try to give it a label and then let it go. I find that labeling it kind of calls it out so it doesn't develop and then I can get back to the void. Good luck! :)
