@luvUKISSme no they didn't bomb the ships, they had containers with combustable fuel in them, and when they had the plane fly over, they would detonate the fuel tank, and there would be a giant fireball, and they would animate the debris and add in the sound of the explosions no damage would be done to the ships.

michael bay is so sick, i love the way he films his action sequences, most of his action scenes are real, only a minimal amount of cgi, one of the best parts about this movie was the action of the attacks, micheal bay is the best action director in my opinion, there's not an action film of his i don't like
