@imprezajay i believe the average 0-60 on mk4 golf vr6 is about 6.7-6.9 somewhere around there. and 12v Vr6 is rated at about 174 hp and 24v is rated at about 200 hp

Standard 2.8 VR6 12v is rated at 174bhp, but the truth is they output more than that. When put on rollers over here they hit 190bhp standard. I have a stage 1 vr6 with schrick cams that is easily 210+. Great motors.

These are probably not stock engines, i'm sure that they used the same VR6 in usa and in Europe...

I saw a golf 3 vr6 with a really strange vr6 engine.. than the one i had, and it a milder sound than what my stock vr6 sounds like! So that's why i thought the usa engine was different than the euro one. Just like the bmw m3's (e36). The stock m3 in europe has 280 hp, in the US it has 240? So that's why i thought it was the same with the vr6 engine!

VR6 hat Sound aber kein Biss...da ist der Opel 3 Liter CIH Reihensechser von anderer Qualität!
