  • i'd have to say the right pedal only accents a guitar..... making the tone more versatile than just straight which after a while is boring as hell unless your chet atkins

  • I hate this guy killing the sound of these beautiful guitars with horrible pedals, boasts only their guitars and equipment!!!

  • b a d a s s b r o!

  • Neck sexy pickup... Singin tone. (In right hands.)

  • Man, you've gotta get some better backing tracks.

  • Woooooooooow!

  • ithis dude is so stoned... I've seen some other vids from this same guy showcasing multiple guitar models.. Awesome guitarist with quite natural style and improvisational skills. Also a blessed musician for having to play those beautiful guitars. Peace

  • "The Dream Guitar"

  • You can still get a bargain in a real 335 if you're careful (and lucky). I bought a '74 cherry, small block, in good condition except it had off brand pickups, for $1600. I put some Seymour Duncan Antiquites in it. Now it looks, sounds and plays great and I have about $1825 in it and it's a keeper. I bought it off of ebay but I was careful to check out the seller and talk to him. The bargains are still out there.

  • Really nice sound and playing! These early 90s 335s are pretty expensive (often more than those new custom-shop 335s), are they so much better or do you got any ideas why? Metal parts are often nicely aged... but how about the sound of that '91 335 compared to new ones...?

  • @imperkele I have a '90 ES 335 in Near Mint condition I would consider selling you at the right price. I bought it at the right price; it plays beautifully; no issues at all; cherry finish. I think that the older craftmanship of the guitars and the age of the wood are the reasons why these guitars are so much sweeter than the others. Continued below.

  • @Dogheadj No tarnish on the hardware. Looks like it just came out of the factory ( with the exception of a few very minor buckle rashes on the back, and I mean VERY minor. They can be rubbed out, and I would be happy to do that for you before shipping it to you.

I guarantee satisfaction, or your money, INCLUDING postage and handling, will be refunded..

  • Esta guitarra es la guitarra de mis sueños espero conseguirla algun dia

  • Потрясающе, обожаю твою игру.

Perfect. I greatly like the way you play

  • Epiphone Casino or this ES-335? Which one is better?

  • @316619j They're both good guitars. IMHO, if you want a good a guitar, get an Epiphone Casino. It was good enough for Lennon.

On the other hand, times have changed. The 335 is considered to be one of, if not the most, versatile guitars in the world. Jazz, blues, swing, rock, you name it; the 335 can more than keep up with it.

I've wasted so much money on gear changes, etc. Had I not found this ES 335 baby and my '66 Blackface Pro Reverb" and my '67" "Blackface" Vibrolux...........

  • @316619j They are different animals. The Casino has no solid block in the body, so it's a true hollowbody. Also it has P-90 pickups which are great single coils but prone to feedback. It's more "old school" raw, but also some georgeous fat jazz tones. Also the neck is shorter than a 335. In a band context, I can't use a Casino except on quiet tunes because of feedback, don't care how much you "stuff" them. The 335 has longer neck, humbucker pickups, solid block inside. More versatile for band

  • what a sound

  • Now that's playing guitar !

  • Sounds like Robben Ford, perfect job!

  • NICE! 10's or 11's ?

    Thanks for posting.

  • 10's on this guitar

  • Any specific reason why you never seem to use the middle position switching on any of your guitars?

  • I love the single PUs mor (as long as the middle pos is not out-of-phase, of course I use it)

  • Wow...I must get a ES-335....that tone...

  • How much you want for it?

  • OH MY GOD!!!

    amazing guitar and awesome playing.

    congrats Greg
