It looks great but I don't think I could ever change mags as quickly as I can with a M4, also using it at close range maybe a better trigger guard in case you end up hand to hand & need to secure your trigger, plus I still like the M4's charging handle ( personal preference ). Fuck you asshole!!
@futhermucker5 looks mostly like a CQB style weapon but then i forgot its as accurate as a M4 carbine because of a bull pup config. this is why in MW2 it has as much power as the M16A4 (full length barrel)
@boravw1 Well, Modern Warfare 2 isn't realistic in the slightest. An M16 will own this gun anyday it has better iron sights and is more powerful. Almost any type of M16 can run circles around this weapon. But I get what you're saying.
What bodyguard would carry their pistol without one in the pipe? I noticed this guy racks the slide every time he pulls the pistol from the holster.
The Tavor is a very nice weapon. I think the bullpup designs are the future of military urban assault rifles, though the Tavor wouldn't be useful in Afghanistan where range to enemy is currently out of effective range of the M4. The US is issuing the M-14 to one man per squad so he can engage enemies the M4 can't, while the AK-47 is able to engage.
The tavor comes in many different versions, there is a Sharpshooter Tavor for longer ranger, and just like in the us israel has a few sharpshooters in each squad too.
Glock and Berretta are both amazing handguns IMO. But my daily carry is a 23 or a 27 I have a 92fs but i know for a fact it cant handle the abuse my glocks would go through.
r u mother fuckin shittin me junjie1 beretta have way to many jamming problems plus glock come in way more sizes and calibers for many different operations, if u dont believe me look at the glock 26 and glock 27
Berretta guns don't have jamming issues. Berettas also have a better straight-line recoil operation, rather than the tilting barrel of a glock. Additionally, Berettas are far safer, Glocks don't even have a safety, and are a stupid crappy DAO striker mechanism that you can't re-try on a misfire.
@patsfanczar I can link you videos of a 19 being dragged through the desert behind a pickup loaded if you want. It's fine afterwards. Berettas are fine weapons, but Glocks just have that edge right now. I'd have to PM you that link, it's cool to watch.
Glocks are far to light for real great accuracy, as is the long trigger pull. Glocks have no safety so when you go to re-holster there is a much higher chance of you shooting yourself. Glocks are by far the most overrated hunks of junk on the market.
@patsfanczar you obviously dont know what you are talking about. Glocks are SA or Single Action. Single action does not allow you to restrike a round. Another single action pistol is the M1911, So you think that is crappy too? The Glock series has 3 internal safeties that disengage when the weapon is fired. Just like a grip safety on a M1911. As for jamming issues? where have you heard this??? there are a lot more Militaries and police forces that use the Glock than the Berreta.
@leontheman666 Glocks are double action: double action is where a single trigger pull cocks and fires the gun in one smooth motion. Glocks do this. Glocks do not stay cocked and therefore are not also DA/SA. Single action means that all the trigger does is release the hammer or pin. The ability to restrike is not definitive of double action. What a Glock has is officially called a double action, pre-set trigger. Because it is pre-set, it cannot re-strike.
@leontheman666 Glocks have 2 safeties, NOT 3. When both are disengaged by only a light trigger pull, they aren't worth regarding, either. A grip safety on a 1911 is external and far safer than the mechanisms in a glock. Most shooters that use things like a 1911 have tried glocks, and they all went back to the far more reliable 1911 because they had reliability issues. The only military that uses the Glock is Austrian (which is native, surprise).
@patsfanczar Glocks have 3 safeties. 1 Trigger safety, 2 firing pin safety, 3 drop safety. And i would buy a round for the designers who made a (i quote from your post) "light trigger pull" on a " double action only". Glocks are not quite single or double action, the firing pin is half cocked to allow the pin safety to block the pin. As the rearward movement of the firing pin is very little (enough to allow the safety to drop) it is almost single action.also it cannot restrike it is more like...
@leontheman666 LOL, you think that putting a little rocker on the trigger does anything? It doesn't. I do not regard this as a safety because there is no way you could give me 1 case where it helped anything. Glocks have 2 safeties, and they are entirely pointless. The firing pin and drop safeties are the same thing, the only other safety is the half-cock.
@patsfanczar A single action than a double. calling it "pre-set" is just another way of saying Cocked. There are over 20 militaries that use the Glock, including Sweden, Holland, Israel and Portugal. Not just Austria. Also almost every armed police force in the world uses the Glock, including the US FBI and British SO19. Would they really use it if it had reliability or feeding issues? I think not. i will pm you a link to a Glock 19 being dragged down a desert road, loaded, for 5 miles. Safely
@leontheman666 LOOK, I have never seen anyone so blatantly stupid. The definition of "double action" is that the trigger does two actions: cock and fire, glocks do this, they are therefore DAO. "Pre-set" is not applied to single action fully cocked firearms, it is applied to DAO firearms only, and what it means is that the sear holds the hammer or pin halfway to the full cock, but it cannot stay there.
The fact that police organizations use it is not evidence that it is a very good firearms. The strongest single military in the world uses the 92, so does that make that the singe greatest handgun ever made? Police get less-than market value price so large departments choose to issue this firearm due to cost effectiveness. Most cops that get to choose what firearm they use do not choose the glock.
@patsfanczar Police get less than market value prices. Well heres a thought for you SO DO YOUR PRECIOUS US ARMY. they chose the M92 over the P226 in the XM10 trial for the reason of price alone. The Navy Seals, Delta Force now use the P226 as it is is a all round better weapon. The M92 Is used buy 2 armies worldwide. that means only 2 countries think it is worth the money. Whilst 20 countries have decided that the glock is a superior weapon. It does not matter the size of the army.
@leontheman666 Idiots like you think that it was price alone that cased the 92 to be chosen. The 92 is far better than any of its 9mm competition. There are fewer than 20 countries that use the glock, and none of them are considered very strong by any stretch of the imagination. The fact that the glock is only used by sub-par militaries is a testament to how weak a firearm it is.
@patsfanczar I would not rate per se Glock better than Beretta, they are both great guns lots of militaries use both and lets not forget the use of a CZ-75's, personally any 9mm FMJ sucks compared to .45 FMJ. now if a military would use hollow point ammo in their 9mm that would be against the Geneva convention but the 9mm would have some stopping power. Sigs are heavy and great too
@patsfanczar hence the surge of Xdm market? glock was the first polymer mass produced gun, all others are follwers.... look at ruger they make the first polymer revolver now all the companies want one too.... WHY you ask???? cause why have a 3pound gun when you can save a pound and a half with weight and be just as accurate?
@boravw1 But polymer framed guns aren't just as accurate. Polymer guns have a lot more recoil, especially with larger rounds. Polymer is weak and many polymer guns have reliability issues because, surprise surprise, plastic warps under heat, even if it is highly resistant to melting. In reality, a couple ounces saved by polymer isn't worth it.
@patsfanczar lets just say unless you are bench rest shooting nothing is as accurate as a revolver with Wadcutters. at 7-15 yards most people typically shoot 3-5 MOA no matter what gun they use, also how hot are you getting your gun? unless you are using a G18 and dumping 100 rounds though it in 30 seconds i couldn't imagine this happening! the only loss of accuracy i have heard of was from a weapon mounted light on glocks other than that... you carry 3 pounds of metal & i'll choose less weight
@boravw1 No, lighter guns naturally have more recoil and less accuracy. I will admit that if you are not shooting that much plastic shouldn't be an issue. However, if you are shooting a lot at a time, it will affect reliability and it will get to jamming later on. It doesn't take much to warp plastic. What does 12 ounces safe you? Absolutely nothing, especially when considering that though lighter, glocks are bulkier as well.
@patsfanczar Bulkier than what? a Sig? think again. obviously a heavier gun is going to have lower felt recoil. so you are telling me the warping of the polymer frame on a glock has caused your glock to become so unreliable that it will no longer feed correctly??? seems like a bunch of hearsay to me. there are guys that have shot 20,000 plus rounds out of their glocks and have never cleaned them, with no jamming problems, so this warping idea seems a little far fetched
@boravw1 Glocks are wide, tall, not very compact. They have no safety worth mentioning, and their slide rides on plastic rails, and if you get one that doesn't jam, then you got lucky.
@patsfanczar seriously Are you on crack bro? they don't ride on plastic rails you must be a NOOB. Glock has a full line up of sizes from full size like the 17 to sub compact 26. if you are referring to a M9 or 92FS you can keep that, ill take a G17 up against those any day of the week. Glocks also have low Bore Axis's so do M&P's. if you want compact then you might as well have a Keltec P32 but wait NO SAFETY!
@boravw1 And still none of them have a safety worth bothering with. However, yes, the slide rides on a plastic rail. Unlike Glock, the kel-tec has a rather heavy trigger pull, which is still not my favorite, but is safer than any glock. Glocks have long trigger pulls, still, that reduce accuracy. To be frank with you, smith and wessons suck. When you buy one, you are buying a brand name.
glock is proven without any doubt to be the most durable and reliable pistol in the world. the safety is MORE than enough (sigs don't even have a safety at all) as a shooter who knows what he is doing doesn't need one. a manual safety will only get you killed in a threat situation (extra movement and your fine motor skills have gone bye bye).
@scandapoodle For one, any revolver is more durable and reliable than any semi, and a revolver qualifies as a pistol, and for two, a good 1911, HK, or Sig could beat a glock any day of the week for accuracy, reliability, and concealability. Glocks have no safety (no point in half cock and a FPS when there isn't a trigger block), where the safety on a sig is the fact that when it is decocked, the sig has a heavy trigger pull (glocks have a dangerously light trigger pull).
i just knew you were gonna mention revolver even tho it's quite obvious we are talking about semi. Sigs are reliable yes but are not durable, the hot military m39b cartridge common here has proven to brake a sig after only 500 rounds. and guess what, the glock just love that ammo and keeps on going and going. comparing a 1911 to a glock in reliability is a joke. 1911 is a F1 car, the glock is a dirt bike. about glock safety, all but complete idiots will be perfectly safe.
@scandapoodle Reliability and durability are the same thing. Glocks are reliable enough, but they do jam, and the jam more often than any Sig, upper end 1911, or other high-end handgun. Not to mention those famous exploding 40 S&W glocks that do so because a glock doesn't seat the round in the chamber right. Most glock accidents occur upon reholster. Why? The trigger gets snagged, prevention of the firearm discharging in a snag is what a trigger block is there for.
Anything that has to do with jamming and the resistance to such is under the category of reliability/durability. Glocks are easily the most dangerous handguns in the world, and they are anything but the most reliable. Ask nutnfancy, he is quite biased for the glock, but he himself says that a higher end handgun will be more reliable and more accurate.
what category? are you an bureaucrat? in reality reliability and durability is NOT the same thing. nutinfancy has gotten a lot of smack for being a glock fan and hence downplay them nowadays, but you can read between the lines that glock17 and the kel-tec pf9 are his absolute favs. also he is wrong about all the seals "choosing" sigs. from what i heard they no longer get to choose firearm but when they did many had glocks, now they just get issued sigs and make the best of it
@scandapoodle First off, nutn got smack on the glocks BY OWNERS OF GLOCKS AND HIGH END HANDGUNS because he would throw ever advantage of any other handgun under the rug (and did the same with glock's extensive problems, including safety and regard it as "training issues"), and he got away from keeping his handgun reviews real.
I am not worried about what military or police force issues what, because the guys that decide what handgun they issue don't have to carry it.
Even old school gunsmiths like Robert Dunlap explains that the Glock is perfectly SAFE and it would take a completely retarded IDIOT to be a problem. but you have proven to be quite the idiot so beretta is probably the gun for you.
You make a fool out of yourself when you say that HK etc are just as reliable. they are not! HK has not gotten things right since the G3/MP5 days. G36etc are just hollywood guns etc. and they charge to much for their crap. anyway im done here
@scandapoodle No, sir, it does not take someone stupid to get a trigger snagged on their clothing. It does, however take someone poorly trained to be delayed by a safety lever that is right by the thumb!
Glocks are, yes, reliable. They are not, however, more reliable than a higher end handgun (in general). Glocks are also rather poor for accuracy and trigger control, they are bulky for carry as well.
@scandapoodle By the way, this is a conversation about handguns, not rifles. I do not like the G36 nor any other HK rifle or long arm, but their handguns are excellent. Glock is amazing, they have managed to brainwash you into thinking that somehow safeties are only for the brainless and that they somehow cause stupid people to be slower in a firefight. Sounds rather contradictory to me. Anyone can mess up, anyone can have a snag. Whatever, though, just keep your glock.
@scandapoodle Another thing about the stupid no levers or switches thing is that if you don't like a safety on a gun that has one, DON'T USE IT! See how fat that gets you. In all reality, there has never been a case where someone lost their life due to an inability to move their thumb up or down. Believe me, I'm a lefty, so if anyone should be complaining about switches, it would be me.
Sweden does not have a military, they have a joke, as do holland and all your other precious jokes, except for israel, and they do not have a very large military. You are a joke, you don't even know what a double action is, you are stupid just like any other glock nut, you define double action as being able to repeat strike. You know nothing of firearms.
@patsfanczar Im no glock nut, having used the P226 through the whole of my service, and i will do for another 15yr, i swear by it. However, training with German forces and my countries police i have come across the glock and found it to be reliable and accurate. Get out of the past, you think that anything not made of steel and wood that doesnt fire .45 is not combat effective? Id rather have 15 rounds of 9mm than 8 of .45. as for not knowing about firearms,i trained as an engineer b4 passin out
Unnecessary, and the firing rate on an ACTUAL G18 is extremely high. I take it that you just think that because of MW2? It's actually not a very reliable weapon, the G18.
It looks like a semi automatic pistol tho, so some dumbass could be like "Haha hes only got a pistol!" then theres 33 rounds coming towards him 1 second later.
I know this isn't a G18, I was replying to a comment earlier! How many times will I have to say this? And yes, I do believe the the G18 would have the largest waste of ammo ever. That's why it wouldn't be too reliable in the field.
Uhm... what. Hitler never took over Israel. When he was busy exterminating them, the country never existed yet. And don't worry, I'm sure the majority of Israelis are better shots than this guy. They get a lot of practice in their dust-ups with the Palestinian extremists, I'm sure.

The tavor comes in many different versions, there is a Sharpshooter Tavor for longer ranger, and just like in the us israel has a few sharpshooters in each squad too.

r u mother fuckin shittin me junjie1 beretta have way to many jamming problems plus glock come in way more sizes and calibers for many different operations, if u dont believe me look at the glock 26 and glock 27
janson540 1 year ago 4
@janson540 although there ia a variety glocks are mainly for personal defence.
mario15054092023 1 year ago
Berretta guns don't have jamming issues. Berettas also have a better straight-line recoil operation, rather than the tilting barrel of a glock. Additionally, Berettas are far safer, Glocks don't even have a safety, and are a stupid crappy DAO striker mechanism that you can't re-try on a misfire.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar I can link you videos of a 19 being dragged through the desert behind a pickup loaded if you want. It's fine afterwards. Berettas are fine weapons, but Glocks just have that edge right now. I'd have to PM you that link, it's cool to watch.
flaktower 1 year ago
Glocks are far to light for real great accuracy, as is the long trigger pull. Glocks have no safety so when you go to re-holster there is a much higher chance of you shooting yourself. Glocks are by far the most overrated hunks of junk on the market.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar you obviously dont know what you are talking about. Glocks are SA or Single Action. Single action does not allow you to restrike a round. Another single action pistol is the M1911, So you think that is crappy too? The Glock series has 3 internal safeties that disengage when the weapon is fired. Just like a grip safety on a M1911. As for jamming issues? where have you heard this??? there are a lot more Militaries and police forces that use the Glock than the Berreta.
leontheman666 1 year ago
@leontheman666 Glocks are double action: double action is where a single trigger pull cocks and fires the gun in one smooth motion. Glocks do this. Glocks do not stay cocked and therefore are not also DA/SA. Single action means that all the trigger does is release the hammer or pin. The ability to restrike is not definitive of double action. What a Glock has is officially called a double action, pre-set trigger. Because it is pre-set, it cannot re-strike.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@leontheman666 Glocks have 2 safeties, NOT 3. When both are disengaged by only a light trigger pull, they aren't worth regarding, either. A grip safety on a 1911 is external and far safer than the mechanisms in a glock. Most shooters that use things like a 1911 have tried glocks, and they all went back to the far more reliable 1911 because they had reliability issues. The only military that uses the Glock is Austrian (which is native, surprise).
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar Glocks have 3 safeties. 1 Trigger safety, 2 firing pin safety, 3 drop safety. And i would buy a round for the designers who made a (i quote from your post) "light trigger pull" on a " double action only". Glocks are not quite single or double action, the firing pin is half cocked to allow the pin safety to block the pin. As the rearward movement of the firing pin is very little (enough to allow the safety to drop) it is almost single action.also it cannot restrike it is more like...
leontheman666 1 year ago
@leontheman666 LOL, you think that putting a little rocker on the trigger does anything? It doesn't. I do not regard this as a safety because there is no way you could give me 1 case where it helped anything. Glocks have 2 safeties, and they are entirely pointless. The firing pin and drop safeties are the same thing, the only other safety is the half-cock.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar A single action than a double. calling it "pre-set" is just another way of saying Cocked. There are over 20 militaries that use the Glock, including Sweden, Holland, Israel and Portugal. Not just Austria. Also almost every armed police force in the world uses the Glock, including the US FBI and British SO19. Would they really use it if it had reliability or feeding issues? I think not. i will pm you a link to a Glock 19 being dragged down a desert road, loaded, for 5 miles. Safely
leontheman666 1 year ago
@leontheman666 LOOK, I have never seen anyone so blatantly stupid. The definition of "double action" is that the trigger does two actions: cock and fire, glocks do this, they are therefore DAO. "Pre-set" is not applied to single action fully cocked firearms, it is applied to DAO firearms only, and what it means is that the sear holds the hammer or pin halfway to the full cock, but it cannot stay there.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
The fact that police organizations use it is not evidence that it is a very good firearms. The strongest single military in the world uses the 92, so does that make that the singe greatest handgun ever made? Police get less-than market value price so large departments choose to issue this firearm due to cost effectiveness. Most cops that get to choose what firearm they use do not choose the glock.
Glock has good marketing, not so good design.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar Police get less than market value prices. Well heres a thought for you SO DO YOUR PRECIOUS US ARMY. they chose the M92 over the P226 in the XM10 trial for the reason of price alone. The Navy Seals, Delta Force now use the P226 as it is is a all round better weapon. The M92 Is used buy 2 armies worldwide. that means only 2 countries think it is worth the money. Whilst 20 countries have decided that the glock is a superior weapon. It does not matter the size of the army.
leontheman666 1 year ago
@leontheman666 Idiots like you think that it was price alone that cased the 92 to be chosen. The 92 is far better than any of its 9mm competition. There are fewer than 20 countries that use the glock, and none of them are considered very strong by any stretch of the imagination. The fact that the glock is only used by sub-par militaries is a testament to how weak a firearm it is.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar Damn you motherfuckers are havin a crazy ass argument haha.
futhermucker5 1 year ago
@patsfanczar I would not rate per se Glock better than Beretta, they are both great guns lots of militaries use both and lets not forget the use of a CZ-75's, personally any 9mm FMJ sucks compared to .45 FMJ. now if a military would use hollow point ammo in their 9mm that would be against the Geneva convention but the 9mm would have some stopping power. Sigs are heavy and great too
boravw1 1 year ago
@patsfanczar hence the surge of Xdm market? glock was the first polymer mass produced gun, all others are follwers.... look at ruger they make the first polymer revolver now all the companies want one too.... WHY you ask???? cause why have a 3pound gun when you can save a pound and a half with weight and be just as accurate?
boravw1 1 year ago
@boravw1 But polymer framed guns aren't just as accurate. Polymer guns have a lot more recoil, especially with larger rounds. Polymer is weak and many polymer guns have reliability issues because, surprise surprise, plastic warps under heat, even if it is highly resistant to melting. In reality, a couple ounces saved by polymer isn't worth it.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar lets just say unless you are bench rest shooting nothing is as accurate as a revolver with Wadcutters. at 7-15 yards most people typically shoot 3-5 MOA no matter what gun they use, also how hot are you getting your gun? unless you are using a G18 and dumping 100 rounds though it in 30 seconds i couldn't imagine this happening! the only loss of accuracy i have heard of was from a weapon mounted light on glocks other than that... you carry 3 pounds of metal & i'll choose less weight
boravw1 1 year ago
@boravw1 No, lighter guns naturally have more recoil and less accuracy. I will admit that if you are not shooting that much plastic shouldn't be an issue. However, if you are shooting a lot at a time, it will affect reliability and it will get to jamming later on. It doesn't take much to warp plastic. What does 12 ounces safe you? Absolutely nothing, especially when considering that though lighter, glocks are bulkier as well.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar Bulkier than what? a Sig? think again. obviously a heavier gun is going to have lower felt recoil. so you are telling me the warping of the polymer frame on a glock has caused your glock to become so unreliable that it will no longer feed correctly??? seems like a bunch of hearsay to me. there are guys that have shot 20,000 plus rounds out of their glocks and have never cleaned them, with no jamming problems, so this warping idea seems a little far fetched
boravw1 1 year ago
@boravw1 Glocks are wide, tall, not very compact. They have no safety worth mentioning, and their slide rides on plastic rails, and if you get one that doesn't jam, then you got lucky.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar seriously Are you on crack bro? they don't ride on plastic rails you must be a NOOB. Glock has a full line up of sizes from full size like the 17 to sub compact 26. if you are referring to a M9 or 92FS you can keep that, ill take a G17 up against those any day of the week. Glocks also have low Bore Axis's so do M&P's. if you want compact then you might as well have a Keltec P32 but wait NO SAFETY!
boravw1 1 year ago
@boravw1 And still none of them have a safety worth bothering with. However, yes, the slide rides on a plastic rail. Unlike Glock, the kel-tec has a rather heavy trigger pull, which is still not my favorite, but is safer than any glock. Glocks have long trigger pulls, still, that reduce accuracy. To be frank with you, smith and wessons suck. When you buy one, you are buying a brand name.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar
glock is proven without any doubt to be the most durable and reliable pistol in the world. the safety is MORE than enough (sigs don't even have a safety at all) as a shooter who knows what he is doing doesn't need one. a manual safety will only get you killed in a threat situation (extra movement and your fine motor skills have gone bye bye).
scandapoodle 1 year ago
@scandapoodle For one, any revolver is more durable and reliable than any semi, and a revolver qualifies as a pistol, and for two, a good 1911, HK, or Sig could beat a glock any day of the week for accuracy, reliability, and concealability. Glocks have no safety (no point in half cock and a FPS when there isn't a trigger block), where the safety on a sig is the fact that when it is decocked, the sig has a heavy trigger pull (glocks have a dangerously light trigger pull).
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar
i just knew you were gonna mention revolver even tho it's quite obvious we are talking about semi. Sigs are reliable yes but are not durable, the hot military m39b cartridge common here has proven to brake a sig after only 500 rounds. and guess what, the glock just love that ammo and keeps on going and going. comparing a 1911 to a glock in reliability is a joke. 1911 is a F1 car, the glock is a dirt bike. about glock safety, all but complete idiots will be perfectly safe.
scandapoodle 1 year ago
@scandapoodle Reliability and durability are the same thing. Glocks are reliable enough, but they do jam, and the jam more often than any Sig, upper end 1911, or other high-end handgun. Not to mention those famous exploding 40 S&W glocks that do so because a glock doesn't seat the round in the chamber right. Most glock accidents occur upon reholster. Why? The trigger gets snagged, prevention of the firearm discharging in a snag is what a trigger block is there for.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar
reliability and durability is not the same thing but believe what you want
scandapoodle 1 year ago
Anything that has to do with jamming and the resistance to such is under the category of reliability/durability. Glocks are easily the most dangerous handguns in the world, and they are anything but the most reliable. Ask nutnfancy, he is quite biased for the glock, but he himself says that a higher end handgun will be more reliable and more accurate.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar
what category? are you an bureaucrat? in reality reliability and durability is NOT the same thing. nutinfancy has gotten a lot of smack for being a glock fan and hence downplay them nowadays, but you can read between the lines that glock17 and the kel-tec pf9 are his absolute favs. also he is wrong about all the seals "choosing" sigs. from what i heard they no longer get to choose firearm but when they did many had glocks, now they just get issued sigs and make the best of it
scandapoodle 1 year ago
@scandapoodle First off, nutn got smack on the glocks BY OWNERS OF GLOCKS AND HIGH END HANDGUNS because he would throw ever advantage of any other handgun under the rug (and did the same with glock's extensive problems, including safety and regard it as "training issues"), and he got away from keeping his handgun reviews real.
I am not worried about what military or police force issues what, because the guys that decide what handgun they issue don't have to carry it.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar
G36etc are just hollywood guns etc. and they charge to much for their crap. anyway im done here
scandapoodle 1 year ago
@scandapoodle No, sir, it does not take someone stupid to get a trigger snagged on their clothing. It does, however take someone poorly trained to be delayed by a safety lever that is right by the thumb!
Glocks are, yes, reliable. They are not, however, more reliable than a higher end handgun (in general). Glocks are also rather poor for accuracy and trigger control, they are bulky for carry as well.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@scandapoodle By the way, this is a conversation about handguns, not rifles. I do not like the G36 nor any other HK rifle or long arm, but their handguns are excellent. Glock is amazing, they have managed to brainwash you into thinking that somehow safeties are only for the brainless and that they somehow cause stupid people to be slower in a firefight. Sounds rather contradictory to me. Anyone can mess up, anyone can have a snag. Whatever, though, just keep your glock.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@scandapoodle Another thing about the stupid no levers or switches thing is that if you don't like a safety on a gun that has one, DON'T USE IT! See how fat that gets you. In all reality, there has never been a case where someone lost their life due to an inability to move their thumb up or down. Believe me, I'm a lefty, so if anyone should be complaining about switches, it would be me.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
Sweden does not have a military, they have a joke, as do holland and all your other precious jokes, except for israel, and they do not have a very large military. You are a joke, you don't even know what a double action is, you are stupid just like any other glock nut, you define double action as being able to repeat strike. You know nothing of firearms.
patsfanczar 1 year ago
@patsfanczar Im no glock nut, having used the P226 through the whole of my service, and i will do for another 15yr, i swear by it. However, training with German forces and my countries police i have come across the glock and found it to be reliable and accurate. Get out of the past, you think that anything not made of steel and wood that doesnt fire .45 is not combat effective? Id rather have 15 rounds of 9mm than 8 of .45. as for not knowing about firearms,i trained as an engineer b4 passin out

Dekcatta 2 years ago
The pistol being used is NOT a G18, it's a G19. The G19 is a shortened version of the G17.
What makes you say that the G18's arn't reliable, this just makes you sound like you don't know what you're talking about, with a statement like that.
Justins1877 2 years ago
I know this isn't a G18, I was replying to a comment earlier! How many times will I have to say this? And yes, I do believe the the G18 would have the largest waste of ammo ever. That's why it wouldn't be too reliable in the field.
Dekcatta 2 years ago
I apologize if in fact you were reffering to the full auto version of the GLOCK, the GLOCK 18.
What makes you say it'd be a waste of ammo? The GLOCK 18 is purpose built, not to mention designed to be fired one handed.
When I was training with the G18, I could keep it on human targets with ease, at moderate ranges.
