I'm always confused as to why people hate on nicole because she's always the lead on songs and in the middle. That's what they hired her for. She was hired as the lead singer and face of the group. Melody was hired as a back-up singer and the rest of the girls were hired as back-up dancers. Nicole is in the middle because that's the way the group was set up. Then the other blonde left and then nicole became the lead. The company appointed her as the lead singer originally they can do what they please. It's not about "fairness". I don't really like the PCD's but I'm stating facts. I find it funny how the front person in a group get all the blame for everything! The same thing happened with Beyonce and Destiny's Child and it's very unfortunate because they don't choose to be the front person that is chosen by people like management, producers and recording studios. Honestly... Nicole is my least favorite Pussycat Doll. She just doesn't have the charisma the other girls do, Ash Mel Kim, Jess and Carmit are all amazing girls with beautiful personalities on top of all their talent. I do give props to Nicole because she is very talented but I would have preferred more of a balance with the spotlight while the girls were still together.
