Check the video's date. This is from japanese version with english translated text by me, and those are the real names, the english localization changed like 80% of the names for the commands.

You have to add KH Maniac code. Search for it, it's in KH BBS cheat thread in KH-vids. Page 10-something. It multiplies the bosses' HP by 2, 4, 8,16, 32 or 64. In this case I used 4x multiplier.

I was damaging him. He just had over 16 bars, 18 to be specific. So until I deal him more than 2 bars you won't see the bar go down.

Yes, of course. Every character will have its HP adress in a different place. I used a different code for this, though. KH Maniac code.

@aurangzeb56: It's a code that halves the damage you deal, and multi all the bosses and enemies HPs by 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, or 64. In this case I used HP x4. So Venitas has 18 bars in this video.

A suppose it's good you were able to change Vanitus's face. That would have been major spoilers. Also, in the comments below, you say the weapon is called light seeker. But that looks exactly like mickeys darkside. did they change the name, because darkside was available in a hacked KH 1 or 2, can't remember which. They actually name it though.

It's called Light Seeker now. The weapon is inside the game as a fully functional weapon for Ven. But you can't use it without hacks.
