It's a nice practical groove. You're definitely better than me. I've just started out. But I do know one thing, it makes people look really silly when they are cocky, and tell everyone they're the "best"... :( Even if you were actually "The Best", it would be really cool if you just didn't say it, and let everyone else be the judge of that. ^_^ Keep practicing! You'd be a great drummer in the long run!
Already for the "best drumming you'll ever see" shit you deserve something way below a one-star rating. A few sharp blows to your face to solve your attitude problem.
I love how you damatically wipe your brow after the one minute laidback workout. lol.
I don't mean to take you down a peg or anything, but that's not too great at all - it wasn't bad, definitely, but it wasn't special at all.
And the crap do you play your snare drum down by your ankles? It's STUPID and it blocks your access to to good deep rimshots and thus limits your playing.
Ha ha, best comment ever... and that's 1 minute and twelve seconds my friend! Thanks for the advise on the snare location. If you didn't notice, I really don't know what I am doing.
Hah, no, it was fine, I just thought labeling it as the best fusion drumming I'll ever see, seemed a little arrogant, and I couldn't read any sarcasm from it ... but yeah, seriously, you'll be crucified for having your snare that now, I've seen it happen.
I like it ok. The hardware is kinda cheap, but it plays pretty good for an electric kit. Nothing like playing a real set though. This is the Hart Dynamics Virtuoso kit. They don't make it any more.
Thanks for your comment. Yes, they can detect ghost notes, but the dynamic range of a digital kit can not match the dynamic range of a real kit. My drums are entry level, 12 bit, meaning 4096 possible volume levels for a trigger. A more expensive kit will have more dynamic capability, and sound much more realistic when you play ghost notes.
You will need an amplifier and speakers to practice with a band, but headphones are fine for playing alone, or playing along with a cd/mp3. Also, it is easy to change the sound of any drum to be anything that you want, and you can even add effects and eq. My kit has a rimshot sensor on the snare, but not on the other pads.
I totally agree. Until I got this electric kit, I never really tried to learn anything new or improve my rhythm. I would just bang around on the drums.
Thanks for the question Fag. This is a Hart Dynamics kit with a Roland module. Seperate, they would be $1600, but I found this kit on Ebay for $1200. I really like the kit, but if I did it again, I would go for a Yamaha kit, over the Hart Dynamics.

i still cant hear it, though you hit the ghostnotes several times to the snare.
nice fill-ins..

and umm.. does elec drums need amplifiers?
or by just using headphone is just enough?
can we change the sound of the elec drums to anything we want? e.g.: change the ride cym to clavi.
and how about rimshots?

Nice groove, sir.
If you're looking for some great response on an electronic drumset, check out my vids.
I'm on an R.E.T. Percussion kit with different software in the Virtual Percussion package.
Check it out!

That was pretty good. What I like about playing with electronic drums is that it is a fun way to play with a metronome.
