My tips :

I learned how to do this after I mastered holding my upper eyelashes when I put my contact lens on.

Don't be scared to touch your eyelash and flip it.

After you flip it, reach your bottom eyebrows and then bring your hands out.

Its not that painful, it feels just weird and cold.

I just look up if I want to put them down.
