When I lived in Indiana the GameStop employees were amazing. Here where I live in Florida now they are hit and miss. I asked for a "HD A/V cable" and he looked at me all confused", and I had to tell him "Dude, they're right there on the wall right behind you, just give me the VGA one", then he didn't even ask me about PowerUp Rewards.
