@Browningauto5magnum obviously the source video isnt hq. its refering to the video resolution it was uploaded in. once upon a time on youtube there was an option that said hq that you could select on higher resolution videos, rather than the list of different resolutions there is now. so technically when this video was uploaded it was hq because you were able to click the hq option if desired. plus its not pixelated and i havent seen a much better version on youtube anyway.
