Yamaha V Star 1300 Cobra pipes Speedster Longs

Great sound on this bike! I'm hoping to pick up a brand-new "leftover" black '09 1300 with the "T" package added. After listening to all the clips on here with V&H, HardKrome, etc....I'm on board with you guys.....Gimme a set of these Cobra longs!

Just added the same pipes to my 1300 Vstar T (today), they sound so cool. I am another one who was influenced by your video. They sound louder and better than I thought they would. By spring of 2011 I will add a power commander but even with just the pipe upgrade I can feel the higher level of performance.

Got the same pipes on mmy M109 1800cc. They sound so great when down shifting and letting it fly. I had them for 3 years they stiil look like new.Good to have power comand and larger air filter.

Those pipes do sound a lot ballsier than stock! I am getting a deep twin idle sound.

it was your video that made up our minds on which exhaust system to put on our 2007 vstar 1300 tourer,,,,,also added the fi2000 at the same time,,,,,runs and has the power of a 1700 now,,,,,bought the wife the new 2009 vstar 950 cruiser this past march,,,,she already has 7200 miles on it and guess what she wants for x-mas this year????? lol you got it,,,,,COBRA EXHAUST!!!!!!!!!!

lol that's awesome. I bought these pipes because of a video I heard on youtube also... so, I'm glad I could help you decide. IMO- I think Cobras are the best sound out there on any bike.

I still haven't put the fuel processor in it. I'm getting about 38-42 mpg, which is pretty much what I was getting before I changed out the pipes. Anyway, love the Cobras- the sound is just awesome.

Cowtown411, Sorry it took me so long to respond. I will try to post one in the next week. Rode the bike today, and I just can't get enough of the sound in these pipes-awesome... and the video doesn't do it justice.

Probably because its a cold start and the bike is fuel injected.

It's factory set.

It's fuel injected so it's just supposed to be that way.
