@myfraction1 Its all a matter of preference. I know some anime companies use flash even. Its not so much the software but the talent. I mean did you see the microsoft paint mona lisa? microsoft paint is one of the worst paint programs out there but in the hands of a true artist you can do wonders with it.
@TonPappa yeah ive seen it also the guy that drew an artwork with mcdonalds ketchup ...but still ms paint is a very simple software to use..still amazing though..
