Paddle the Apalachicola, An American Treasure

Thank you for these great images of the paddletrip down our Coastal Plain mother river, the Apalachicola. They are especially poignant given the knowledge that, at the very time they were taken, a storm was brewing. Not one that would bring rain, but rather, a storm of political forces in Georgia that would plot to strangle her off from her life waters. The "Songlines" soundtrack is so well chosen; almost like a prayer, or a chant to me.
