@leah3303l Do we have the same dog? Mine is also a huge baby. The other two are older and get grouchy with him when he wants to play. He doesn't realize how much bigger and stronger he is - when the oldest takes a nip at him he curls up like a scared little kid whimpering!
ok i just adopted 2 stray rottie shepards m/f and its been 3 days they are so hyper and love to play fight but im scared to give them a bath and i dont have a muzzle how do i do this
@48219msdetroit set temp to around 30-35. the dogs will let u know if its too hot\cold. wash with any type of sope. i use the one we clean our house with lol.
how old are they approximately? have u ever raised a dog before? rott and gsd's can both be challenging to raise and you have to know what ur doing or u might end up with a bad behaving dog.
@catbearlol i have raised lots of pets from little babies but these are strays aprox. 8-10 months they are very aggressive and i was asking how to safely bathe them i dont want to get bit cause they dont know me.

She's always so jumpy and she likes to eat grass too ...lolllll :| she's already ruined one of my mom's plants cuz she's always sleeping under it. so whenever she does that .. all the leaves fall off loll. but i dont really do anything about that cuz it's like her little hideout lolll.

No - hybrid vigor is a myth. This cross was not done on purpose- this was a rescue dog. If you breed 2 healthy dogs, you will get healthy puppies. if you breed 2 unhealthy dogs, regardless of their breeds, you will get unhealthy dogs. If you are looking for a healthy dog, go to a responsible breeder- one who breeds for something other than to make a profit! People who breed 'hybrids' are only interested in making money- they have no interest in making better dogs.
@dreadly101 dont listen to falkorrott. HD is a genetically caused disease due to too little genetic variation. a mix will greatly decrease the chance for hd. how do i know this? i may not be a dog breeder, but my mother is a doctor with a master in genetics.
Shep/Rottie also have hip problems...I'm going thru that with mine who is 13. The best dog I have ever had...so smart, gentle and loveable. One hundred and twenty pounds of pure love. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a dog. Man or woman's best friend...no lie.

Rotties are notorious for bad hips....I didnt know shepherds was too!!Thatz scary cuz I lovez my "Rottie~Shepherd" to death.Best dog I ever had..
