If the secret courts think they're going to get away with this, they are sadly mistaken.
Everyone is so so shocked at what they're doing, that they can't seriously think we'll go quietly home and let them get away with this?

Yes, in one case, there is no yellow file for a child in court.
There is no Care Order.
A refusal of Interim Care Order.
But the child is gone and has been see with the social worker?
So, questions need to be asked.

Oh sent to the wrong court is a good trick.
Also, they give you the wrong time.
Also holding a hearing for something that is not listed.
YES, IT IS DELIBERATE.
The Guardian wants the mother locked up in a mad house, yet it is the wicked childless Guardian who needs assessment, pure evil woman who should be put in prison for a long time alongside her corrupt cronies !
