This is great! I can definitely feel it after only ONE workout...and will certainly incorporate it into my routine! I feel it in my hips, thighs and abs as you mentioned, and I'm sure my buttocks will benefit as well! I do not have a balance board...but that's ok, because just balancing on one foot is sometimes challenging for me!! I appreciate you doing this for me...and will check back for new videos of yous to add to my routine! Thanks again! Edie =)
