Not only Hindi and other Eastern languages are strictly phonetic but most European languages too, only English is pronounced differently than what is written
I'm from the USA and I will be studying at Fergusen University in Pune next semester. These videos are very helpful. I am so glad to have discovered you sir!
You're plugging something which is actually somewhere else, whereas I would urge you to do a video series actually here on YouTube like the Russian one I do from time to time.
i cannot find learn hindi 003, can someone please advise where i can find it? I'm desperate to learn hindi so if there are any great courses online for free, can you post them up? thank you!
I want to learn Hindi and Malayalam because everybody who is my friend in my neighborhood speaks on of those languages. And when we all get together they always start talking in their language and I am always left out.
I am from Turkey and trying to learn Hindi by myself. For turkish people its much easier to learn Hindi because turkish also is phonetical and our syntax is also very same. 3rd plus point is that we have a very good number of common words. I m looking forward for ur next lessons.
i respectfully disagree with something you said....the *fact* that the hindi language IS phonetical actually makes it a lot easier for the english native....not harder as you suggest...
Hindi padikaan kure paada (at least for me). The grammar is like the same syntax in Malayalam, so it's a bit easier, but it's still pretty hard. Do you have to videos on hindi grammar? I'm talking about present tense, habitual tense, when to use the oblique form, etc...
Brother I am very proud of you for doing something which very few people out of one Billion choose to do, please do not be discouraged by some of the unkind remarks, you are getting great responses in just such short space of time. Keep it up and the world will be benefited.
Waise toh Bharat ki har baat man moh leti hai. yahaan ki saari bhashayein bohoth meethi, interesting aur khaas hoti hai. Har lafz mei jaise shehad lipta hota hai! Aur Hindi, Rashtriya bhasha hone ke naathe Bharat mei ekta banaye rakta hai..(Though my personal favourite includes Punjabi Telugu Rajastani etc) Hindi is a special favourite for every Indian..
PhilipJi, we're more than proud to hav Indians like yourself who attempt to share such a pride of our country with the rest of the world..
i'm sorry, but you havent quite got to the point in learn hindi 001 or 002 . maybe i'm just impatient, sorry! -really wanna learn this now , lol, thanks anyway
gee wats with all the racist comments? people keep those to urself. all the man is trying to do is teach a language. we dont need these kind of comments on youtube. may peace be with every single race on this earth. we all eat, breath, bleed and hurt. and i respect each and everyone one of you. and u guys shud do the same thing 2. cheers have a good one.
guys, or hindi learners. If you come across negative comments, then please ignore them and try to concentrate on the language rather than the comments. The Negative comments are meant to discourage us from learning hindi and I hope we all know that. Please don't be bothered.
hindi is a bit complicated language. just to let you guys know. And he's right, hindi is a phonetic language. So, don't try to learn it the way you learn english.
Where are you from? Indians are smart people. Indians use to work for the British, but soon the British will be working for India, ohhh wait thats already happening. Although I'm from Bangladesh, I consider India my country. Learn to respect other cultures. Don't hate people...
This is a video teaching a new language... not somewhere for people to spew thier racism and hate, listen to what he has to say and show some respect.
India is a great country. I'm from Bangladesh and I'm muslim, but remember this video is just about teaching hindi. And to all you Pakistanis, stop hating...I respect India although they are hindu. They helped BD, unlike Pakistan which was very cruel to us. This India/Pakistan thing has been going on forever...hopefully it will end some day!
JC Philip uncle is a teacher at SBS camp in kerela. They hold camps overseas camps and teacher training programs. If any of u have time to go down to Kerela plz go to the SBS camp. Find out more details.
Hahahah, welcome to india ppl. Teachers in every indian school does the same. Believe me when I say...Its boring all the way but, you will never forget it forever man. They take their time making sure you know what you are learning rather than being like the american teachers"not all".
Why doesnt everone just give the man a break. He is explaining the background of learning hindi. You can not rush into learning a language. He is doing us all a favour by teaching us.
I just watched the first lesson and now I going through the second one. Where is actual lesson. All I am hearing is that there is no substitute for a teacher. Or how the course is tought.
I hope I can understand ur pure hindi lecture. but it's hardly to understand without english explaination. I am Chinese, but i love bollywood movie. wish to learn hindi, but no where to start.. IoI
