Everything is created out of conscience therefore what the web bot does is tell us what we are already creating in advance. To stop 2012 happening we could just change our consciousness, collectively. Web bot could help save us from such events if we use it correctly. Trouble is, our own intentions and the purity of those will make the difference but we don't have enough control over them at the basic route of their inception.
