Legalization would probably lead to an even higher crime rate eventually.

Having sex with a close family member screws up the genes in offspring and the chances that that offspring will have a physical or mental disorder increases dramatically. This has been proved with the Ancient Egyptian pharaohs, observing animals, etc. Even just having sex with another family member can have psychological repercussions on those performing the sex. If proper techniques are used, gay sex is completely safe.

The crime rate is also so high because people get wrecked on black-tar and then steal money or food because their life sucks. Legalization would probably lead to an even higher crime rate eventually.

Drug cartels have no competition thanks to the government, so they charge outrageous prices that cause people to steal.
