  • Reshiram?

  • i love the sound at 52 seconds

  • RIP Headphone users

  • anyone knows if afterburner is activated w/ a switch or a button on the throttle, or comes automatically? where's normaly the afterburner switch in jet strikers?

  • @Skull24Crusher The throttle goes through a detent. I.E., the pilot has to lift the handle to go from "dry thrust" (no afterburning) to the afterburner range. The afterburner is not just a toggle, and there is a range of afterburner settings.

  • biggest lighter

  • Just in case anyone was wondering what a $1000 of fuel sounds like.

  • Norrmän har för mycket pengar :)

  • BRA TRYCKA ! SATAN VILKEN TRYCKA I DEN AVGASRÖREN! ACHMET

  • すごい迫力やな。

  • My storm-proof lighter does exactly the same. So what?

    ;)

  • chuck norris is holding that plane from moving

  • @badermanh With his teeth.

  • The pilot has just ate mexican ;)

  • thank you for the music!

  • Holy Fuck!

  • the biggest lighter in the world

  • worlds largest hair dryer

  • This clip is from the Norwegian air force

  • how come it doesn't seem to be getting louder when the after burner kicks in? is it just a useless flame shooting out of the back?!? :O

  • @billdsafdsad Oh the afterburner is far from being useless, it adds quite a bit to the thrust of the plane, I don't know the numbers though.

  • @billdsafdsad The sound quality is due to the camera but why would it need to be louder? The purpose is to give boost, but I presume you know that...?

  • @TheEljay yeah i knew that it gave a boost, but i presume that since the engine of a comercial airliner gets louder when they push the sticks all the way up, the afterburner would make it louder.

  • now thats a grill !

  • What an F-16 looks and sounds like when its wanting you to piss off

  • LMAO wtf is this a dyno test??

  • @seko440 Lol. 92,456 hp and 90,877 lb ft. of torque thanks to an upgraded single turbo fan and fuel injection system. Should be doing quarter miles in 0.03 seconds.

  • around 70 to 80,000 pounds of fuel per hour. Drops alot at high altitude though eheh

  • Datzfast, you are right, but did you not notice the pretty big hold-back cable attacked to an anchor point on the ground & the arresting hook in the aircraft?

  • The afterburner is a good floor dryer. It dries the entire path behind it.

  • anybody got a light?

  • obviously less thrust than weight or the brakes would not hold it

  • omg

  • hey easy on that throttle we are all paying for it.

  • how much fuel per second

  • Great video but it's an AUGMENTOR! not an" afterburner "

  • You mean burning a few tax payers krones!

  • Chuck Norris uses this to dry his cock hair.

  • 2 dudes at the end=gay

  • thats the norwegians thinking they can increase the speed of the earth by strapping a F-16 to the earth and kickstart the afterburners! :D :D :D

  • Kenny Rogers Roasters, anyone?

Chuck Norris Roasters uses real F-16 PW or GE powerplants to roast their chickens..!!

  • It's so beautiful.

  • 0:50 just in case you wanted to hear it again!

  • @phiberoptick What was that noise?

  • Comment removed

  • @phiberoptick never mind. the whiny sound before the jet engine throttles up is called CENC. This device opens and closes the nozzle and the sound is the air coming ouf of its (the CENC's) exhaust on the bottom of the fuselage.

  • Thats why Chuck Norris only wears action jeans...

  • @bacciful Thats actually the sound of the exhaust nozzle actuators. Typical of Pratt & Whitney engines.

  • Sometimes farts feel like this

  • My ass after taco day

  • @Noyanck ... my ass after a bean and cheese burrito smothered in hot chile verde and cheese topped with guac, sour cream, cilantro, pico de gallo, and those cute little strip chips.

  • @OverFeedEwok

Hee-hee!! Bet you could thrust upward towards the ceiling if you farted... ;=D

  • @Vee6watchman the thrust of my fart sent me into orbit ;]

  • @Noyanck xD

  • @GeforcerFX I don't know, I just found that info on wikipedia, look it up.

  • -Hey, Tom, let's play soccer on the runway?

    - No way, the field is wet ....

    - HaHa! I had an idea to dry the field!.

    - Great idea Bob, you're the guy ...

  • @danielwayy Too funny!!

  • @danielwayy ha ha ha haaaaaa!!!

  • @danielwayy You might wanna buy one of those FANCY F-35, which can hover over the field to make sure everytihngs...dry

  • It's bad view when other countries get more poor by burning their dollars in F-16.

  • Comment removed

  • @bacciful oh yeah btw its the actuators moving the feathers lol.

  • too bad you cant see the rings. thats my fav part of it when im in test cell

  • this turns me on

  • @bacciful OMFG that's what i was thinking

  • @bacciful it literally gave me goosebumps

  • have ur parents ever tell u dont piss in the wind well the instructers that teach these pilots say dont fart into the afterburner not only does it come back at u its also flamming hot and on fire

  • my uncle fly's the F-16 he is the best pilot in the world

  • That's what the use to drill Chuck Norris' teeth...

  • press like...if you had to turn your volume down like me

  • JUST GREAT! Now the world turns 0.00000000001% slower thanks to this guy and we will encounter a new ice age!

Thank you very much Mr. jetfighter-pilot!

  • FUCK USA,I HATE YOU AMERICA

    ПОЗДРАВ СВИМ ДОБРИМ ЉУДИМА

  • haha hey my old account has 69 likes hahaha :) thank you all i would like to thank Kronk and george of the jungle...... lol

  • i feel hot

  • Open trim pad? Awesome!

  • @gregrutz

I'm not silly, I tell the truth. UAE has the best F-16 fighter in the world, it belongs to Block 16. Also, America does not have this model, because this model was made for the UAE only.

You have to write in YouTube: Farewell to UAE F-16 Falcons, and also: F-16 UAE.

  • tax dollars well spent if you ask me XD

  • @ANorseHorse It's like it burns 100 dollars per second. :S

  • My Country United Arab Emirates ( UAE ) has the most powerful and best F-16 in the world , a model Block 60 . and the United States does not have this model.

  • @UAExXxMAN Uh. What? You must be a troll.

  • @UAExXxMAN Don't be silly. The USA makes the F-16 and we don't sell the good stuff.

  • @gregrutz I know Australia makes their own F-18's so it could be possible

  • @Cronini The Royal Australian Air Force purchased 57 F/A-18A fighters and 18 F/A-18B two-seat trainers to replace its Dassault Mirage IIIOs.[28][29] wikipedia

  • Oooooooooo. I love the sound it makes as it starts to rev up again.

  • Whut kinda RPM is that thing spooling up to? 40-45,000..?? lat'r Buzz

  • thats how they dry the runways.

  • Waste of fuel... but it was clearly worth it. ;-)

  • and the point of that was?

  • fucking powerful engines

  • Anyone got marshmallows ? :D

  • Omg omg omg is that loud

I had my stereo setted on max

    I became nut

  • omg I love the sound and the reignition sound!

  • Look it's Chuck Norris' Hairdryer

  • What resolution was this recorded in.. 480xshitty?!

  • I would like to see one of the boys from jackass sit behind that!!

  • @bacciful SICK

  • like my ass after eating spicy food :)

just when you think the burning sensation is over....it's not ;)

  • THIS IS FROM nORWAY:)

  • @bacciful fuck yes :)

  • @bacciful agreed a want a car to do that

  • @xDvsking666x you can jack one from batman :D. the original batman movie with michael keation, the bat mobile in that movie is a modified Corvette, its very doable for the average person :D.

  • @Baseshocks Will do lol

  • if the turky was defrosted it would take 0.5 seconds with stuffing!!

  • sure dried up that strip of tarmac behind it pretty quick!

  • Look its Donald Trump's hairdryer!

  • The F-16 is one of my favourite aircrafts. It looks so slim and elegant but has been around for some time. Its a beautiful machine that can move around fast because of is light weight. Its amazing this video has 2.4 million hits !

  • My dad was in the business of buying generators. I learned some Jet engines , make enough power to light up a small time.

  • AHHH MY EARS! I had headphones on with the volume on high!!

  • what for is that done?

  • @bacciful that's not re-ignition, that's the sound of the actuators closing the nozzle to increase pressure. The igniters sound like tasers.

  • everyone is holding their ears shouting "FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!"""

  • 142 people are living down that airfield and had their windows smashed by this

  • popiči

  • I'm a noobie, Can someone explain to me why they do the after burn? BTW this looks awesome!

  • @Triplewave4 The engine pumps and ignites extra fuel to increase thrust. Thats why you can see the burning fuel coming out of the engine.

  • @m2PWNS ok, thnx! How do you know this much about planes? Are you an engineer or something?

  • @Triplewave4 nah, i just researched a few things

  • @Triplewave4 it's an Augmentor, not an Afterburner. It re-ignites with diverted fresh air that has not been combusted yet, which makes it an Augmentor. An Afterburner is when you dump more fuel into already combusted air and light it up again with no new fresh air, which makes it an Afterburner. The F-16 engine has secondary airflow to the back which it ignites with fuel for a boost, which makes it an Augmentor. These are used for speed boosts.

  • @TheKrimsonKore Thnx a lot! How do you know so much about jets anyway, were you an engineer or something?

  • @bacciful I thought it was a woman starting to scream before it cut out. You know, the stock screams. Then the turbine spun up... Oh so sexy...

  • Rummage rummage...anyone got a light?

  • Kjevik! Royal Norwegian Air Force! =D

  • BBQ anyone?

  • mom bring the marshmallows!

  • 0:51 *-*

  • I love 0:48

  • That looks like me after taco night.

  • WOW GREAT & AWESOME!!! It would be very interesting to learn which camera was used for this clip!!!

  • man that sounds fucking nuts

  • Earth Warming cause.

  • 0:51 coolest sound ever. AB re-ignition.

  • @freqimann Thats the sound of the CENC brah.

  • I FUCKING KNEW CHUCK NORRIS COMMENTS WERE HERE !

  • Anyone wanna make some Smores? :-D

  • @bacciful thats the sound of the engine nozzle, best sound ever

  • If you want your driveway dried......

  • That's got to be louder than shit, those damn 16's are the loudest US fighters in the lineup. 2 of them at full burner three miles away will rattle your home windows and walls.

  • if they let the plane movr omg

  • Dear Norwegian airforce

I'll swap you my blue 2002 BMW 318 (I'll even throw in a Bon Jovi CD) for an F-16

  • Слабоватый самолёт,еслиб у нас сзади стояли,улетели бы нахуй

  • thats awesome! be nice to strap that engine to the back of my truck lol \m/

  • Lets get those steaks on

  • there goes my tax money :(

  • LET'S GRILL THE CHICKEN!

  • holy shit

  • That is what Chuck Norris uses to light his Cuban Cigars

  • That happens when Chuck Norris burbs. You know what happened to Hiroshima when he farted...

  • Can somebody explain how the hell it doesn't take off??

  • @ricarpkuf cant you see the cable its tied to the ground

  • @ricarpkuf

    Cos the brakes are on

  • Can somebody explain how the hell it doesn't take off? How the jet stays stopped on the ground?

  • Can somebody explain how the hell this F16 remains in ground? I mean, this is so much power... Why it doens't start moving or take off?

  • So thats where my money goes :D

  • how much money they burned

  • What can you say to something like this........ Holy SHIT!!!!

  • I think I might invest in one of these to keep my room warm at night.

  • holy crap its gonna blow

  • kno thats some MEAN ass fart!!

  • :51 sounds awesome

  • @justsnappy bbbzzziii BOOOOOO... :D

  • @CaramelDingo It's a hydraulic motor that actuates the exhaust nozzle. The exhaust nozzle is controlled electronically by the engine's computer. When the engine is at idle the exhaust nozzle is open. When the thrust is increased the exhaust nozzle repositions to a cone shape and that is when you hear the "chirp". When the engine is placed in afterburner the nozzle moves from cone shaped to full open like it was at idle. You can't hear the "chirp" from afterburner to idle because of the noise.

  • @inthestands Thanks a bunch :D I knew it had to do with the exhaust somehow but just wasn't sure, I was just curious because at an air show recently, he was doing a high alpha pass and engaged the afterburners at the end of the runway and I could hear it all the way from the other end!

  • @inthestands You confusing this one with a GE equipped one. That sound is from the CENC (Convergent Exhaust Nozzle Control) which is air driving on Pratts using 13th stage bleed air. The G.E. equipped ones have hydarulic nozzle pump instead and that does not make a sound.

  • @mushmouth1981 They use HP bleed air to actuate the nozzle?

  • @Texasmarine96863 Only on Pratt and Whittney equipped F-16's and of course Patt equipped 15's. That is what the zipping sound is. The controller uses 13th stage bleed air in which causes it controller to drive the synchronization cable.

  • @CaramelDingo It's a hydraulic motor that actuates the exhaust nozzle. The exhaust nozzle is controlled electronically by the engine's computer. When the engine is at idle the exhaust nozzle is open. When the thrust is increased the exhaust nozzle repositions to a cone shape and that is when you can hear the "chirp". When the engine is placed in afterburner the nozzle moves from cone shaped to full open like it was at idle. You can't hear it then because of the noise.

  • CaramellDingo that sound it`s the noise that the engine makes when he stop and he sucks inside the air making a little "vacuum" used for colling the engine

  • Kewl, il light my cigarette in it

  • What is that quick whining noise you hear every time he engages the afterburner?

  • @CaramelDingo It's a hydraulic motor that positions the exhaust nozzle your hearing. It's controlled by the engine's computer. Notice when the engine is at idle speed the nozzle is open. When he advances the thrust lever the nozzle begins to move to a cone shape and you can hear the "chirp". And when he advances to afterburner the nozzle opens up like it does at idle. You can not hear the "chirp" from afterburner to idle because of the noise.

  • @inthestands TURKEY FEATHERS!

  • That's what's meant by a blast of coolness! Seriously, love the sound of these engines revving up... Elsker det!

  • IN SOVIET RUSSIA AFTERBURNER USE YOU!

  • I knew my tax money werent going to any good

  • Couldnt even hold the camera sraight the bird is so poweful

  • You could light one hell of a cigar with that thing

  • This would cook a turkey in 2 seconds.
