  • This is a scene from a 1974 BBC mini-series called "Fall of Eagles" about the Hohenzollerns, Habsburgs, and Romanovs from 1850 to 1918.

    The last scene is with Kaiser Wilhelm contemplating abdication and reminicsing about "our plumed helmets at the Brandenburg Gate"
