@CeebeeNorway There's the body. And besides, most drag cars has almost none of the original motor parts in it. The cool thing about this one is that they did this to a volvo, which is something you would not expect.

I`ll think its worldrecord with 4 cyl engine at the time...I´ve saw the wastegate for the turbo. Really big! Everything computerized in the car. Volvo in Sweden werent so positive to sponsor this car. They put the money in STCC (Standard car championship) Now i ´ll think they change their minds. What do you think?

yes you right B30,but 144 have a B18 i saw a injection i guess he have a overdrive

the 140 series came with b18 in the first models. If it had an injection, i guess it would be from the B20E or something. I dont know if B18's came with anything other than a carburettor stock.

@espis97 dont think so :) In the B234 for example, the 23 stands for 2,3 litres, and the 4 stands for valves per cylinder. The PV is oldschool u know, with the camshaft in the bottom of the block :)

@espis97 volvo didn't make any 2.5 liter 4 cylinder engines for the old series. Yes this might be a B21, wich is an engine from an 240, but i don't think its stock volume. To produce over 1000 hp, it takes some serious parts.

@haavard1989 iknow, this is a b21 modded to 2.5 litre :) they made: B16, e, a B18,e, a B19,e, a b20,e, a B21,e, a B23, a, e, k, f B230, a, e, k, f A, K = Carb engines E, F = injection :) and u also got the B21, B230 B23 Turbo's witch made about 136-182 horses :)

Hur fan får man ut 650 hästar ur en b21 ? ja fick bah ut 313,4 men då har ja trimmat själv på ungefär 1 och en halv månad nån timma om dan kanske inte ha haft ett helt crew som har hjälpt till

actually it´s a 2.1 litre engine .

B21 stands fo 2.1 litre as the B23 and B230 stands for 2.3 litre. the only difference between them is that B230 is newer and had it in the 940 so they called it B230.

sorry buddy but its not a b21 engine in that one, and definatly not only 650hp, its over 1000hp in that one, and its a b23 engine with a 16valve cyl.head.
