@lenz0101 Yup lateral side of ventricle. the medial wall would be part of the corpus callosum and septum pellucidum form the medial wall of the lateral ventricle...douche.
@lenz0101 If this is the medial view, then we are looking at the medial side of the caudate, which would face the lateral side of the ventricle, hence I think it would be the lateral wall of the ventricle.

O.41: This is the "medial wall" of the anterior horn of the Lateral Ventricle, not the "lateral wall" as said.
