hey my dad has a 97 maxima and we need a new exaust. anything REALLY cheap and has a nice sound? price should be under 150$

Eh there's nothing that cheap that'll sound good. eBay has a cheap catback for about $170, you can check that out.

By exhaust, what exactly do you need?

well my dad has his stock exaust and its all rusty and we need everything even the pipes that connect from the exaust to the engine. My dad said 200 top for the exaust and 300 top for all the pipes

Wow from the headers back? There's no way your gonna get all that stuff for under $300 unless maybe you try to get it from a junkyard.

oh no not all the way to headers i mean like just from the exaust to like the middle of the car

He doesn't need more money. eBay has the exhaust he needs for about less then $200.

Yeah its no biggie.

The pre-cats in the y-pipe are eliminated, so there's a lot more exhaust flow, creating some more smoke then normal. And it was cold out, but the car was warm.

Sounds raspy at high rpms I have wsp y-pipe with cattman b-pipes stock muffler stock cat, But obviously it sounds throatier

No it was warm.

And yeah it used to sound very raspy. That was my old set up FYI. Now I have a Stillen Rear Section on there and it sounds great.

Yeah I got it for like $50 instead of the $300 it costs brand new. I just couldn't pass on it. I could get the rest of the catback for like $200, but I don't have that $ right now.

Used off a forum I go on. I bought a few things from this guy, mostly stock stuff. Then 1 day I asked what kind of aftermarket stuff does he have and he had that muffler for $75, and I ended up buying it for $50.

I got a Stillen Rear Section thats going on tomorrow. I'll post a video of that as well. Thanx for the comment.
