@barneybuffjaws I gotta agree...I saw one demo with a bass player using it for cello and double bass sounds, I was sold. I don't get why 90% of the demos on youtube people are using sax and flute sounds. At the same time when I get it I don't plan on doing a bunch of synth bass stuff with it because I'm just not into that.
A very good demonstration. Also, I am glad to see you playing it through a synth because this is exactly what I plan to do if I purchase one. Do you think that the Sonuus B2M will be suitable/reliable if it was to be used in a live gig setting? Thanks.
I enjoyed listening to your test! I thought it was varied, melodic and interesting. Your bass is tuned symmetrically in fourths, am I hearing/seeing right? When I was teachng myself guitar at age 14, I questioned whether to tune the same throughout instead of the 2nd & 3rd strings being tuned differently - sometimes I wish I had, but I guess I'll never know if that would have been a good idea!
Thats a nice piece but need to hear it in actual band setting playing real songs fast and med tempo and slow music. Then i'll know if it's really cool or just another toy to play by your self.
I wish could get mine to work like thAT! I'm running thru Ableton live via an mbox and its just dreadful! I've done all the obvious tips..the tunings spot on but it just doesn't go and so far support hasnt replied. :(
Can you use this without a synthesizer, but with some kind of software?

Is it possible to connect this device directly into Garage Band if I get a MIDI cable-to-USB adapter? Or do I need a MIDI interface?
If anyone knows, please tell me. I totally want to get one of these.

So you're playing your KORG sounds directly and not via a computer. Right?
