lol The*D, I found you :-P Check out my video for my 2:06 :xxx run. Btw, try the Hurricane (plane) kart and you can drive about 80% off of the track since there are wheels on the wings, it's hilarious.

It's not that amazing that you're half way off the track. I've gone all the way off the track and still made it back on in Shroom Bridge.
