Sounds like you passed the sac, placenta and baby when you passed that clot after those cramps. I was 7.5 weeks when I lost my baby and just before I passed the placenta I had bad cramps then after I passed it, it was minor cramps. The blood lightened up too. Sorry for your loss.
you have an excuse for every form of birth control..if the guy isn't THE ONE then you shouldn't be that easy going about getting re pregnant by him. :/ o btw i'm sorry about your second miscarriage with the better guy. i hope you have better luck in the future

I was on the nuva ring and I thought it was more of a hassle than it was worth. Plus it threw my periods off and bled for 2 weeks straight. Not fun. ive had good luck with ortho tri cyclen low. its easy to remember as long as the pills are out in the open. i forget when they are in my purse or in a drawer. hope this helps a little
Plus just so you know the patch was way bad for your skin. My wife has part HED and she did the patch and it caused major skin rashes where ever she put it. She ended up going with the Maraina which wasn't bad, but you have to have like one partner.

sorry for your loss, its good to see you have a positive attitude about it though, you're a smart girl. as for birth control maybe consider Implanon, it's an implant in your arm, seems disgusting but its completely painless to have done. its like the size of a match stick and it lasts for 3 years, that way you dont need injections all the time or to take pills and whatnot. I feel implanon is a very effective method!
I'm sorry you went through that. It's good you have a positive attitude about it though. Only advice I have on birth control is not to get the Depo shot. It can screw with your fertility in the future!
