It only shows a small bit until u press the show more button but even the small bit should be enough for you to understand that the maker of this vid KNEW THAT ALREADY and made the whole bullet for the reasons that you'll find out when u press the "show more" button.

People need to take this with a grain of salt, the cool part about it is the physics, which the computer did. He set everything up, which takes a while I know, but still, it's just a tech demo.

When you do a test render like this the only concern is the thing you are testing...for this one it's the fluid simulation. Look at any animation test and you'll normally see grey cube characters with flat lighting. Compositing test are concerned only with the composition...

just to let you know, only the BULLET fires. not everything you put in the gun. aka the top part different color of the cartridge fires. the rest stays in the chamber!

The shell only flys out of it is a semi-or fully-automatic rifle, the shell will stay in the gun if it is manually operated (bolt action, lever action Etc.)

Yeah, a proper gunsmith should take a look at this weapon. Only the bullet should go. Here you can see whole cartridge hitting the target. Even more odd if next time a box of ammo flies.

hi this is the most realistic slow motion that I've seen. I wanna shoot a glass of water but I dn't know if the shooting scene itself can be made in realflow. I have the bullet and the glass made in 3DS max, imported them in realflow but I have no idea how to break it with the bullet. Is there any tutorial of how to do that or can somebody make a quick brief of how to do that ?¿

Thanks man...well.... I haven't done much learning on r11...but the new gi engine is amazing...the presets work pretty well. Download the demo, check it out... you can now save in it, and it'll run for 45 days no limit except 640x400 render output.
