Regarding "lamapper's" comment about the end video not showing the lower portion of the beam, I have serious doubts that this is an actual HAARP/weather mod beam. It COULD be, but why wouldn't they try to show the beam's source?

I know they're manipulating the weather, we just have to be cautious with ALL data/evidence

After 11:10 when they show the beam from the beam module going into the sky, I so wished they would have lowered the camera all they way to the ground and shown the unit that was creating it. Still very cool to see, better a bad image than no image I suppose.

a thunderstorm is an energetic system, adding energy to it only makes it worse..microwaves might help save TP Oklahoma in the now, but down the line...someones gonna get it worse...the energy of the storm has to be dissipated rather than excited. That portion at the end is a lens flare. HAARP is supposed to be radio frequency. You would not actually see the beam anyways since it operates well below the visible spectrum....why am I actually posting hear I'm probably speaking into the wind.

@aldi1963 certainly. they were "monitoring" on may 10 2010 Oklahoma tornado breakout... and they were inside Katrina and Ike.. ugh. .But they aren't trying to MITIGATE the weather, they are trying to make it worse behind the disguise of experiments !! @DefensoreContraMalum I think so (it's highly possible, perhaps also in tandem with earth changes like poisonous gas being released but I would need to see the physical condition of the birdies, etc as found in order to make a better guess o.O) Seems they could be. straight microwaving them. The metal containing chemtrails are used to circularly and conductively interrupt and disperse the returning, bounced back HAARP beam, similar to how water ripples out in a circle, when a pebble hits it. (Radar circles). If beam misses Chemtrail cloud, then it could either strike land or water with more force. If it hits water, then it heats up and kills fish. If birds are flying thru beam, then it basically cooks them, and they drop dead from sky.
