ipad is really stupid at this time so i hope they develop it further, so what if it has bigger screen than an iphone if that also means bigger screen you'll need to protect which is why you will have to buy a hard cover for the screen. and really, no card reader slots? not even 1 usb slot? no slot to attach a joystick or mouse for games? so it really is nothing but a bigger ipod touch...??? waste, and really unenvironmental...

you can't do typing words with two hands because one has to hold the ipad... and their option is for us to buy a keyboard accessory? then how good is this for gaming? no cameras? an 8 megapixel camera will be a good addition. and the battery is not removable? i hope they improve the ipad sooner. at this point, it such a waste of money and its not environmental because why will you have an ipad if you have an iphone? two gadgets doing the same thing? with the world in recession?

ipad has this iphone doesnt better game player, awesome laptop, a lot faster, written in apples cocoa language, better mail, all apps use less storage space, amazing movies, photo viewing, background changing, book store, new applications, slideshows, adobe now programs for iphone meaning they are going to make awesome programs for the ipad, 3g (optional), easier to see everything, landscape mode for everything, better touch screen, backwards compatible, better resolution, better webbrowser

This is NOT another netbook, netbooks are slow, ugly, and horrible laptops, the ipad is fast, awesome looking, amazing apps, it has wifi, has GPS and why would it need one that runs TOM TOM navigator software, thats old software...the battery doesnt need to be replaced,if theres a problem with it, send it in and its fixed free, Verizon will be on it in July, maybe not Slacker radio caching, but does have a radio, camera in version 2, SD card not needed, can sync auto, and can plug in card reader
