That was J.C. And he still calls in, very frequently. The guy's a character and his calls are staged. Personally, I think it's Phil Hendrie doing his voice, as he is friends with Art Bell and made a thirty year career out of doing voices on the radio.

Are you a subscriber to Coast to Coast, Squigg? You must have had to go very far back in the archives to find a Mike Siegel show. I seem to remember Art Bell taking back the show after less than a year because he wasn't a fan of Siegel's style and felt the quality of the show had suffered.
