I've heard others and sometimes he's even WORSE than this. Notably Sundial, I might add. But don't make excuses for him - if he can't hit the notes, sing 'em an octave lower. It isn't that hard, and it makes you sound a hellova lot better. I'm not sayin he's always off key, but the majority of the time he is. And there's such an easy fix. Look, Matt Bellamy from Muse sings HIGHER and is consistantly on key. It can be done, Stockdale just needs some practice. :P

Honestly I can't say it's Andrew's fault for being a little off when singing live. Robert plant had (and still has) the same problem, which is why he would always sing an octave lower on songs like black dog. You can't always trust yourself to be on key, and when there's hundreds of screaming fans in front of you the pressure is up to 11. Don't expect every singer to be spot on live. Just be happy that they're using their actual voice instead of electronic compensators.

@Ferrariman300 He did a great great job. He is my favorite live artist(wolfmother is my favorite live band)! He sing with love and passion, and he makes mistakes, and he was looking stoned so that makes even better to sing amazing stoned!

As much as I love Wolfmother, Stockdale's voice just doesn't fare well live at all. :(

I think he mighta sung the whole song flat. Ugh.

Kinda makes you wonder how much autotune they use in the studio...

It's always a treat to see a band as talented as these guys live! But I wasn't there, unfortunately, and only can judge them on these recordings, and sadly he was very flat throughout the whole song.... It's just my two cents worth, I guess.

was there and yes love it too..., however, the guitar solos ( here not convincing) are very similar to oasis solos in my opinion:)

anyhow, great song...
