@nzdirectors Yeah it is. The unification of the Italian states didn't happen until 1867. Before that, Italy technically wasn't a country. NZ wasn't set up as a self-governing body until 1840.
@antonposa that's in establishment terms of government, however italy has history thousands of years before that, even if the country had no legal establishment or title.
New Zealand's history only goes back a few hundreds years. And thats the first recorded histoy of human establishments :)

It was never - nor will it ever - be available on commercial release by request of NZTB. I know this becase I was working for Weta at the time it was produced. And no, you can;t get it on iTunes! Hope that clarifys for all!

Yep, you downloaded the 'Youth Group' version of the song (I think they wrote it actually). Youth Group are an Australain band and although the versions sound very similar, they are in fact different.
As I said, the version you hear on the ad is Milan Borich from Wellingotn band Pluto singing. Sorry to burst your bubble but you didn't buy this version ;-)
Edit: The original was written by 'Alphaville' apparently,a German Synthgroup. Their version is also available on iTunes although I wouldn't recommend it... sounds a bit over dramatic imo..
