it does mean which hand she uses, this song was about anna anderson who came forward claiming to be anastasia romanov, daughter of the last russian tsar who was assassanated with the whole family in 1918, anna anderson apparently was dicovered with amnesia and after hypnosis, she had many similar memories as anastasia, she died and it has since been disproven she was russian royalty. tori dedicated this song to the story before the truth came out

Why is Anastasia asking her this nonsense? and it doesn't make any sense that Lucy answers Yes, Anastasia." And then I finally got it. It was a good laugh.

It doesn't effect the greatnessof the song that the woman it is based on(Anna Anderson) was proved to be a fraud by DNA evidence and she was not Nicholas II's surviving daughter, Anastasia.
