In my last practice session with the swimming club, it took me 17 butterfly strokes for the long distance 50m, but I was much slower definitely. HAHA!
why when he enters the water he grabs his hands instead to grab them when he jumps from start .. he may change direction if he doesnt grab em i dont know guys .. i dont think its really what phelps do but its rly entertainment.
@snocookies i swim everyday.. yes, butterfly really kills.. if you don't have enough strength, try using a fin to help you pull your body up.. when you feel comfortable and confident, you can do the butterfly without using the fin..
Very cool training in order with the competitor to work above the technique is important rather than when is small to hit it and to give him very heavy practices
