This is where they went wrong. They tried to show how horrible life was in the slums of India, and they did a good job, but they made tons of money off of this and did not donate one bit to any fund that would help children living in this situation

i think it won coz west loves to see poverty . Also they havent seen manmohan desai's movies (70's) and also saleem javed. Also it gave a sense of pleasure that oh third world countries still lack i just hope they never get to know wat real india is so we will catch them soon :D rest God knows :P lol I dunn think it got a good response in india

Dark Knight is sooooooo much fucking better than a fucking indian kid who wins a million fuckn dollars and gets a bunch of hoes and dances around like a fuckn monkey. Is America that retarded? Dark Knight was so epic and has a much better plot and Heath Ledger as the Joker. All I can say is WOW.
