Could I get your recommendation on how to improve from here? What should I be trying to achieve?

Should I work on getting perfect scores on the easier songs, slowly working towards the harder songs?

Or should I push myself every time to pass harder and harder stuff, until the easier is just naturally that good?

im not all that good so idk why im giving you advice lol but you should work on timing, once you get that you can work on your stamina

You should work MORE on passing ridiculously hard songs. But also work on getting your timing better. For instance, if you're at an arcade, play the first two songs for timing purposes. Relatively easy songs. 11's or 10's. Then on your 3rd song, try a 12, 13, or maybe even a 14. That's what I do. So focus on passing hard stuff as well as timing easier songs.

umm 4 months late here but always warm up on easy songs because normally you will do bad on the hard songs if you try them out right when you get there. Then after you have your warm up done progressively just increase the difficulty of your play. And then for saving money purposes use your last round on a hard song. Not that its too rediculously hard but hard enough so its a challenge
