不知台灣司法是根據什麼理論來決定放2630出來趴趴走,難道他在被押之前那段時間顛覆台灣價值是正確的嗎?如果輕放陳水扁,我讚成胡忠信先生說的,不放過馬英九,如此下去台灣變成沒有是非黑白,只有權貴,有誰能夠信服, 我嚴重抗議

起訴後, 雙方的攻防才剛開始,
既然法官願意恢復被告的人身自由,
就讓法院通過三審的程序, 一步步告訴百姓起訴書裡成立的部分是什麼? 不成立的部分又在哪裡?
扁婿趙建銘不也經羈押偵查, 起訴後重獲自由, 目前內線交易案二審判處7年嗎? 要跑完三審, 恐怕1,2年以上跑不掉...

活见鬼，居然释放了，卸任的就没有逃亡的可能/？？什么逻辑嘛。不过还是尊重司法了，期待最后的审判可以公正。
