i been Backfliping since i was 11 im 14 now i can still Backflip but Now back tuck because i took a brake i will never forget how to backflip But i need to learn how to tuck again i Know how to tuck but im nervous if i tuck i wont catch myself if i dont Land on my Feet wut too dooo wut 2dooo

@qspriggs1 The best way is to have someone spot you and to give you that extra push if he/she sees you're not going to finish the flip...then once you feel comfortable with that, go for it! ( on a soft surface of course )

@lyondon most people are physically able to complete a backflip, it's the fear of trying it that's keeping them from doing it.

@kalhmartialarts yeah but its a really good/common surface to flip on because you can jump on it easy without loosing bounce but it moves out of your way if you fall on it

one problem u do bad..... when ever u jump up u bring ur neck as soon as possible never do that......unless u wanna break ur neck...
