  • No problem mate...real life first, glad your back and thanks for the update.

  • Welcome back! It's always nice to take a bit of time out, eh? I am looking forward to this year's vids from you mate. Cheers.

  • great update vid mate. I also use the empty dropper bottles from maelstrom they really com in handy :)

  • You have a brilliant "choose-the-paint-technique" I must say ;-). Good to hear that I am not the only one being "lazy" doing vids and comments this year ;-).

  • Nice to see you back. You showed your GW paints into eye dropper bottles. How do you get the paint into the eye dropper? Do you do anything to the paints before you pour them in because they are fairley thick.

  • Good to see you back mate! Looking forward to more figures of epic coolness coming from you.

  • Cool video, I agree that technique is more important, because it can be applied to anything.

If you guys really need more in depth space marine tutorials, try GirlPainting.

  • nice mate, glad to have you back, like the way you do an example then speed the vids up once you get the gist you can pause etc, do a bit. thinking of starting a Dark Angels Army soon so may well hit you witha quick PM for some advice etc... Cheers DUNK

  • thanks for the update ,,get something for your cold buddy

  • Hi there, at the moment I collects necron and I'm looking for a different army to collect. I either want to collect orks or blood angels, what should I collect. PLZ REPLY

  • AH YES! AFTER 3 HOURS OF THINKING I HAVE A QUESTION!

Do you fully assemble your models and paint them or do you do it in a different method.

I am finding i have difficulty painting a fully assembled model

  • @goninon2001 It does depend on the model. Your average space marine I paint assembled apart from the back pack. But something like an Ork Loota I will paint in a couple of parts.

I try to paint as much as I can assembled. As when I've tired painting individual bits I've just ended up with a lot of half done minis. I will try to talk about this in a future video.

  • @JudgeGudge Ok i look forward too it!

Thankyou very much for the reply.

  • where can u buy a winsor and newton brush

  • @youngpainter7 I have bought them from my local art shop, the SAA and Amazon before. But I'm sure most art shops will be able to get them for you if you ask.

  • At last my grudge fix ;)

  • @TemplarsCrusade01 I shall try and get you another one soon.

  • Great video Judge, lovely and informative. Glad to see you back, and hope you and your family had a nice Xmas and new year.

  • @clarkey1991bba Thanks Clarkey, we did indeed have a very nice Christmas.

  • Nice to have you back my friend looking forward to seeing some more from you . All the best

  • @TheSeasonman1 Thanks mate.

  • Girlpainting brought me here, Subscribed because i cannot find many people on youtube that offer good technique guides without trying to sell you something.

  • @goninon2001 then you might want to subscribe to my channel as well :)

  • @goninon2001 Thanks for the sub and I hope you like what you find on my channel.

  • Lol I’m just as bad as you for responding as well lol and as for your paint Theories well they are exactly the same as mine.

  • @savagemodels Phew! it's not just me then. lol

  • good to see you back :)

i feel the same way about the paint questions. the colour and not the brand is important. the thing with the tutorials is, all my tubies are desprite about specific tutorials on miniatures rather then tutorials on technicks. most of the gamers out there i figgured are just people who whant to have a how to, to paint exactly the model they have laying around. evan if you make a tutorial on a blood angel...they still whant a tut on terminators, bikes, tanks... and so on;-)

  • @GirlPainting Thanks, yes it does seem that is the case. I'll have a go at doing some longer tutorials and just see how it goes.

  • I'm gonna re suggest blood angels just cos I really want to see them done in your style and some tips for painting red armours a bit differently the gw style bores me and yours is very unique and just nice in general

  • @TheChesneyChrist I am planning to have a go at my first Blood Angel soon.

  • Winsor and Newton, definitely the best brush out there! I've also been thinking about model tutorials vs. technique tutorials, but appartently the community has a lot of interest in complete models, correct me if I'm wrong...

  • @CorvusMiniatures Yeah it seems like beginning to end tutorials are what most people want. I'll give it a go and see what it's like.
