Well, I looked it up, and apparently he did. Didn't know that. But I haven't put reed to lip in 10 years, so what do I know..

When did Dexter ever play a Dukoff?
Interesting how a change from the Conn/Dukoff to a Selmer/Otto Link didn't change his great sound.

I love his introductions to his songs. I'd love to have audio books with his voice.

@memphis148 Yes, absolutely gorgeous. I would say one of the best; another being Stan Getz.

Why do they cut off the melody at the end? That's totally disregarding the base of such a great tune

El bajista es Pedersen, verdad?

@dieg0o0s
Sí señor, bien joven, pero Niels H.O. .Pedersen comenzó profesionalmente a los 14 años!.
El pianista es Kenny Drew, el bajista es Niels Pedersen bien joven!.
My favorite Dexter tune, recorded at a jazz joint when Dex was in his prime - I'm guessing late '50s?
An instant favorite - thanks!!!

@SebastianNordstrom Thanks! I should've noticed his more 'mature' look, as well as the "Casual Friday" clothing worn by all members of the band.

@SebastianNordstrom Oh, now ALL is made very clear. Thanks!
