Picking Up Girls: The Rules Of Picking A Good Wingman

One thing I don't get is: Does the wing man always approach the 'ugly girl' or sometimes is it the 'less approachable (ie skanky looking) girl?' I know I'm not ugly. I have a friend who is really pretty and I think she's prettier that me but according to a friend of mine a bunch of guys were talking about us and one said 'Yeah A is really pretty but B (me) is gorgeous' and they all agreed. So then why do I get the 'wingman' when I'm with her. Yeah ok she's blonde and dresses more revealing..

Sorry to say it wing man attraction girl, but she's doing something to outshine you. I think personally that you do not need to dress revealing just to prove you're sexy. If you are sexy, you're just sexy. Send me a picture of both of you and I will dig deeper into this. It could be that the other guy is feeling your friend more than he is you. Just so you know, they say blonds have more fun but I prefer read heads and brunettes. :)

@TheLarryrl Well the guys that typically approach her seem shallow and lacking of any real depth or intelligence. They are just looking for a piece of ass and I have a very 'don't fuck with me' persona whilst she absolutely LOVES attention.

I kept what david said in mind about the observation and i added a lack of fear, went for the hottest chicks, and out of three i got two numbers because one had her man with her or something, but she kept grabbing my arms and giving me high fives it was so funny! one of the girls actually asked me to take her out because today it's her last day in london. i'm on my way to my date now, a beautiful german girl.

Good friends but terrible wingmen. One time when i got the girls number and walked off 6 steps away, dude goes: "Allright! You got her number pimp!"

I would not mind if that douchebag waited till she left or he could've at least whispered.

The majority of my experiences with wing menhave been bad. Wingmen have never helped me close, and have several times ruined a set of mine.

At this point, I don't even bother with them.

wing men, their only job, is to approach a group of women and get the conversation going. Then 10 to 15 minutes later, you go find him. By this time he has told them all good things about you, and then you jump into the conversation. If the group of women are all friends, you must avoid paying all of your attention to the one you are attracted to, ignoring her friends. What her friends think of you, and believe me they will tell her after you leave, can affect whether she dates you.

The last part of what you said is very true. Many guys (especially in the state of intoxication) hone in on their 'prey' and ignore the friends. What that will only do is make them pissed off and bitch about what a douche you are to the girl you're trying to get with. Most girls won't want anything to do with a dude that is rude to her friends. So introduce yourself to ALL of them. And NEVER turn your back on any the girl's friends even if it's a girl you wouldn't typically give the time of day.

oh man theres nothing worse than a bag wingman...I remember one time...just like David,I picked up this hot girl from the club and was standing outside talking to her...all of a sudden,dumbass comes running saying,"dude that girl wants to talk to you again"....I was like..."dude!!!!!"
