for all the labor you're putting in just pressure wash the darn thing. works for me! You've got a small fortune in tools there. I've been cleaning for 23 years and the fiber they make these carpets out of is polyolyphen a petrolium magnet so asphalt will bond and not release well. color damage will result. depending on how abused and how long between cleanings will set these bonds into the fiber making it permanent.
@suany1989 your a fucking idiot thats not a different carpet, the floormat has lines left in it from carpet extracting. its the final strep after scrubbing the carpet. Pro detailers will make lines in the floormats for a finished look.
@bratpit80 I noticed that too it's a completely different mat. And it has different textures on it. Gets you wondering what kinda BS are they trying to sell.
I detailed my own biz for 6 years. Interior you use a pre spot cleaner and a extractor of course, this usually does the trick very nice. However for carpets I took them out and clip them to a custome slant board I made. Then I put Hot water with a bit of Spray 9 and scrubed with a brush any bad areas. Then I used my Karcher pressure washer with the tornado wand and blasted it being carefull not to get to close, this blasted all the dirt and grime completely away, the carpets always looked new!
You can do anything with a tornado gun all it does is penetrates the padding in the carpet to get the dirt out deep and he does a good job on it but if you look he is cleaning a driver's side mat and at the end he shows the passenger side mat but no you put chemicals and water in the gun so its not just water i do it everyday
What about a vacuum..... this guys seems to know what he is doing with up to date tools. I have used both and you do not need any extra water to get the dirt out!
@lanegturner water is natures cleanser if you have enough pressure like carpet cleaning professionals do you don't need chemicals . blackmon mooring for example does a very good job cleaning and all they use is super heated water no chemicals necessary.
Useless peace of crap
