& that's why i was crazy for kiss in the third grade. .. i went to harding academy church of christ school -they don't even allow dancing! my teachers were suitably horrified
Im sorry ace and peter fans, but crying about the fact that they arent in the band anymore isnt gonna bring 'em back.Truth is, its ALWAYS been Gene and Pauls band. They had their chance to "straighten up and fly right" but they blew it..They could have made millions(again) but chose to do the same BS that got them fired to begin with
When i think of bass the first thing that comes in to my head is the one and only Gene Simmons so ZeDoCaixa... something don´t you ever say this again. ps. i like the new album and kiss for ever!
AngelofAnguish, you're only hurting yourself by not going to see them. I saw them in Boston and there were PLENTY of KISS Classics to make up (no pun intended) for the omission of GOT. If you've seen them at all, you've already seen that song performed. They're still awesome. Go see them if you can. You'll be glad you did!
Unless they make a "(last minute) change in the set list," I CAN'T BELIEVE Kiss AREN'T playing God of Thunder during their Alive 35 tour! Instead, they'll be playing I Love It Loud. Oh well, even though I've loved Kiss since 1979 (Metallica, however, took over as my favorite band from 1988-1994, but that's over now), looks like I won't be going to THIS show (due to the omission of G.O.T.). Not only that, why can't Kiss get a better band to open the show! I mean, Buckcherry? C'mon now!
@bigwilly711 I agree! Even when they were playing with the Belbourne Symphony Orchestra, God of Thunder was slow. I guess they were, once again, feeling the effects of "old age."

@Bertilfly I was at that show. It was a great show. But it just isn't the same without Ace and Peter.

He needs to take a hell of a lot of distortion off that bass, great song though.
